About Poppypod
Poppypod was created with people like us in mind. We’re Dylan and Poppy, and we’re both neurodivergent. Sometimes the world feels too loud, too bright, or too fast—and in those moments, it can be hard to cope, especially in busy public places.
We wanted to build something that could help not just us, but anyone—neurodivergent or not—who might need a break from the noise and pace of the world.
That’s why Poppypod exists.
It’s a calm, quiet, self-contained space to retreat to when things feel overwhelming. A place to breathe, reset, and feel safe again.
It’s simple to use, comfortable to sit in, and designed to give people space exactly when they need it.
The pod includes soothing lighting, gentle soundscapes, and a choice of calming programs, because what helps one person relax might not work for someone else.
We believe being neurodivergent shouldn’t mean missing out.
Poppypod helps make the world a little more accessible, a little more compassionate—and a lot more inclusive—for everyone.
